Twice a year, The Ritz Carlton, Millenia Singapore holds an ultra-decadent super brunch extravaganza that features free-flow vintage champagne, and for the upcoming edition called SuperBrunch: The Voyage on 19 October, the hotel will be pulling out all the stops with vintages from the highly-regarded Reims-based house of Louis Roederer.

Vintages from the family-owned, independent winemaker such as the Louis Roederer Cristal Brut Vintage 2006 (pictured below), Brut Vintage 2008 and Brut Rose 2009 will be on hand to regale diners as they embark on a whimsical “Roaring 20s”-themed epicurean journey with a spread of Old World and New World cuisines that include a caviar bar, a cold seafood station (with a separate oyster section), dim sum bar, and a carving station.

Previous editions, such as the ones in March earlier this year and in November 2013, saw Moët & Chandon and Dom Pérignon from the Moët-Hennessy Louis Vuitton-owned, Épernay-based house of Moët & Chandon served to buffet revelers.

For those who are less interested in champagne, also available as part of the super brunch is a range of remade cocktail classics such as the Skinny Manhattan, Kiribati Sour, Bloodless Mary and the Congo Cocktail.

SuperBrunch: The Voyage costs $398 per adult for First Class Cabin tickets (with unlimited Louis Roederer Cristal Brut Vintage 2006), while Business Class Cabin tickets are priced at $258 per adult (with unlimited Louis Roederer Brut Vintage 2008 and Brut Rosé 2009). Both come with New World and Old World themed cocktails, selected house pour red and white wines, soft drinks and fruit-flavoured sparkling mineral water.
