Probably one of the most improbable yet exciting culinary adventures to hit Singapore Cocktail Week, especially for sushi lovers, will be when Hashida Sushi‘s Hashida “Hatch” Kenjiro takes over the kitchen at cocktail bar Gibson on Thursday 17 March 2016 all night.
Chef Hatch is son and prodigy of master sushi chef Tokio Hashida, who runs the original Hashida Sushi near Tsukiji market in Tokyo. Chef Hatch will bring his 20 years of experience to prepare a selection of three signature à la carte dishes for the night, including his exquisite sushi, that you can pair with specially designed cocktails by Gibson’s Aki Eguchi.
