Ah, pisco, the wine brandy made in the wine-producing regions of South America that’s somewhat quickly taking the world by storm especially in the cocktail scene. Well this Singapore Cocktail Week workshop at Latin American cocktail Vasco on Wednesday 16 March 2016 from 2pm to 4pm takes a look at its rise and popularity.
Experience a pisco 101 and enjoy three different pisco based cocktails – a Pisco Sour, Pisco Punch and Chilcano – along with some light eats.
