Winefamily Gathering 2015

Online wine retail site Winefamily held its first big wine fair in late 2013 at Fort Canning; that was followed by one in Chjimes in 2014 and then a small one earlier this year in May. It’s holding yet another one later this year, and Winefamily Gathering 2015 promises to be a far bigger affair that will eclipse even the one in 2013.

In fact, Winefamily Gathering this year will be held over three sessions across two days – 17 and 18 October – at the iconic Singapore Flyer. As the largest online marketplace of wine merchants, Winefamily will again pull together and showcase the award-winning wines from its participating wine merchants at one location for tasting. Wines featured include the offerings from the following merchants:

This year the Winefamily Gathering will also feature a range of delicious foods, from cheeses to chocolates, savoury and sweet, all creating mouthwatering pairings with the delectable wines on offer. Also new this year the sparkling wine bar, which will showcase various magnificent examples of Prosecco, Cava, and Champagne for you to enjoy with live acoustic music.

Each entry ticket includes free sampling of all wines, one $7 full pour token, and one $10 voucher to spend on a wine bottle purchase. Standard Chartered cardholders purchasing tickets using their Standard Chartered credit card are entitled to an additional $10 voucher, which means they get a $20 voucher (instead of a $10 one) included in your ticket price to spend on bottled wine purchases.

There are three different sessions:

• 17 October, 11am to 3pm ($35)
• 17 October,  4pm to 9pm ($45)
• 18 October, 12pm to 8pm ($45)
