A Medici Ermete Italian Sparkling Wine & Food Evening

Organised by WineFamily in collaboration with wine supplier The Italian Wine List, the “Italian Sparkling Wine & Food Evening” will be presenting winemaker Albert Medici of Medici Ermete and a range of his Italian sparkling wines at Ciao@ on Thursday 15 October from 7pm.
Wines showcased are:
- Malvasia “Daphne” (Dry) DOC 2013
- Lambrusco Reggiano “Quercioli” Rose (Dry) DOC NV
- Lambrusco Reggiano “Concerto” (Dry) DOC 2013
- Lambrusco Reggiano “Quercioli” (Sweet) DOC NV
- Malvasia “Quitessenza” (Sweet) Doc NV
Chef Domenico of recently opened Italian Ciao@ will be putting out an entire Italian buffet spread that includes pizzas, bruschetta, eggplant parmigiana, panna cotta, strawberry crostata, and more.
